I nostri Language Coach sono in grado di personalizzare il percorso formativo in maniera precisa ed attenta, conoscendo in profondità le tematiche professionali e le esigenze linguistiche e manageriali dei partecipanti grazie sia all’esperienza di formazione decennale acquisita in corsi Full Immersion erogati a dirigenti, impiegati e quadri di importanti aziende nazionali ed internazionali, che al loro percorso professionale come consulenti business presso International Corporations.

I docenti di The Language Center vengono selezionati in base a prerequisiti di base, quali esperienze professionali in campo imprenditoriale, marketing, finanza e informatica, oltre a doti di empatia ed abilità nelle relazioni interpersonali. Sono tutti madrelingua in possesso di certificazioni internazionali per l’insegnamento delle lingue straniere (CELTA , TEFL, TESOL per la lingua inglese).

Angela

Hi I’m Angela from the United States. I have been teaching English for 30 years. Before I arrived in Italy 20 years ago, I taught in Japan mainly to business people . My lessons are focused on a wide range of students, both beginners and students who need more in-depth knowledge of the language. I practice yoga and if appropriate I sometimes use meditation and soft skills to help my students reach the right mood for learning.

Jane

Originally from England, I’m TEFL qualified and have been teaching English in Italy since 2011. After graduating in Business Studies with a specialisation in Travel and Tourism I spent a decade living and working overseas working for a UK tour operator. I’ve also worked in Marketing & Public Relations and the UK Recruitment Industry. I am experienced in teaching all levels of ability and ages from business professionals to public schools either on a one to one basis or in a group or large class. I believe in creating a welcoming, stimulating and empathetic experience for my students to study English.

Carin

I am Carin, born in the United States, but I have lived in four continents.
I have worked as an English teacher for more than 20 years. My specializations are communication, transversal competences and improvement of diction and vocabulary. I like to create fun lessons and have a holistic approach in teaching!

Judy

I am an American  from New York City who has been teaching English in Italy for the past 18 years.  My previous work experience was in sales and marketing in corporate America. I then spent 8 years as the university Department Chair for the Business Program at Parsons School of Design.  My teaching expertise is in Business English but I also prepare students for IELTS, BEC, FCC etc. I believe strongly that conversation  and vocabulary are the secrets to speaking a second language.

Melvin

Originating from Manchester in the UK and a career in Information Technology, I’ve been helping students to learn English for nearly five years. I’ve helped learner of all ages, ability and experience, to develop their skills in communicating in English. My lessons are focused primarily on the specific needs of the student mixed with a variety of techniques aimed at helping them to reach their the objective whether it is to pass an exam, use in business, or simply to talk with the rest of the world.

I am English. 
I was a commercial lawyer for forty years and became National Managing Partner of one of the UK’s largest law firms.
I moved to Italy ten years ago and began teaching at The Language Center six years ago.
My approach to teaching is to understand as much as I can about the students and their reasons for studying English and then tailor the lessons accordingly.
Wherever appropriate, I share my professional and business experience with the students

Hello, my name is Leslie.  I’m from the USA.    I have a theater, fine art /production and management background. I have worked in a fine art auction house then in the fashion industry as a production stylist, photography producer, location scout then as a freelance producer.   I have a wide range of business and theater experience to draw upon.  I have been teaching English for over 15 years in Italy: specializing in Business English , Public Speaking and  Management Training Courses.  My style is very student oriented, active and I always enjoy a good dose of humor.  As a teacher I am  interested in creating a robust,  dynamic classroom. I am  fond of doing outdoor activities (if possible)  and my students say I am ‘never boring!’   I enjoy challenging conversations and stimulating exercises.

I am Rebecca and I come from the UK. After getting a degree in Politics and International studies, I worked as a sales and marketing manager in the corporate world for many years. 
A few years ago I retrained as a teacher specialising in Business English and managerial programs aimed at helping professionals improve their soft skills. I also teach Public speaking, Facilitation and NLP techniques with my focus being on connecting with people and enhancing communication skills. I also enjoy teaching children!

I’m from the UK. I have over 20 years experience teaching English. My background is in banking and retail. I teach General and Business English and incorporate NLP techniques in teaching both PS and other types of managerial programs. I have worked with an international teams on several Erasmus funded projects and now as Director of Studies my focus is developing soft skills courses and coaching programs to help our students reach their life goals.

Hi, I am a certified TEFL English tutor from The UK. I have been teaching for a year with a background in Classical History. I teach all levels of English from basic to advanced.  I like to tailor my lessons to the students needs from business English to specific conversational topics. I Teach through conversional English with a focus on building comprehension, pronunciation and grammar.

I’m Viktoria and I’m from Australia. I’ve been teaching English for 28 years. My background is in Administration and the Hospitality Sector.  I have a lot of experience in teaching Business English both on one to one full immersion as well as group courses. I love training students to use their soft skills for Public Speaking, Leadership Skills, Team Building, Facilitation and  Time management. My teaching style is interactive and student focused with a wide use of NLP techniques together with Active listening.
