Why Umbria?
Within the splendid arena of relaxing beauty, we transform the need to learn a language, into a daily pleasure thanks to the stimulating and enjoyable morning group sessions whilst in the afternoon you can participate in an interesting trip to discover the historical, artistic and gastronomical heritage of the region, undertaking itineraries unrecognised by mass tourism.
Our cultural activity program gives you the opportunity; to taste D.O.C. wines by visiting the Wine Museum and the most notable Umbrian wine cellars; to sample the authentic Umbrian truffle; to admire the most secret artistic treasures of the region, with guided tours tied to cultural events during the period.
A stay with the Language Center will enable the learning of a foreign language through fun recreational moments, with a mixture of students of other nationalities, and the theatrical representations that each group must prepare.

Where?
Excellent hospitality is offered in the most prestigious period residences, such as castles, 14th Century mills, ancient abbeys, ‘Liberty’ villas, gracious palazzo’s and delectable country houses. Our structures are situated throughout Umbria, close to Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno.



When?
From 16th July to 16th September, from Sunday to Saturday.

Course structure
All the teachers are qualified mother tongue with experience in the field of teaching a foreign language.
The course consists of 42 hours of teaching time, in which are included the hours dedicated to the theatrical representation that will take place on the Friday evening.

Sunday 18.30 – 21.30
(Meeting with the teacher, welcome drink, course introduction, dinner with the teacher)
Monday – Friday 08.30 – 14.30
(breakfast, coffee break, lunch with the teacher, cultural activities, dinner without the teacher each evening, except Friday)
Saturday 08.40 – 14.30
(breakfast, coffee break and lunch with the teacher)

Cultural afternoon activities
Monday Guided tour of Todi and cocktails with international students.
Tuesday Wine tasting of DOC wines and visit to the Wine and Oil museum in Torgiano.
Wednesday Guided tours of an artistic Umbrian city, tied to cultural events during the period.
Thursday Trip to Castelluccio in Norcia for truffle tasting.
Friday Theatrical representations from the students in their chosen foreign language, creative time and dinner with the teacher

Costs and Conditions
The costs relating to the Languages are Fun program are listed in the annual price list. Payment is in advance. Payment can also be made in easy monthly instalments. For more information on this payment method please contact our office.
Our cancellation policy allows a reimbursement of 70% of the course cost if cancelled within 30 to 16 days prior to course commencement, 50% if cancellation is received within 15 to 8 days prior to course commencement. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs within the 7 day period prior to course commencement. Refunds will be made net of bank charges.
