Welcome to the warm and friendly environment offered by the Clinchs, in a charming chalet set in the hills overlooking lake Trasimeno, near the ancient medieval Borgo of  Castel Rigone.
The language courses are aimed at individuals, semi-individuals or small groups. They are intensive (8 hours per day) or semi intensive (4 hours per day) and adapted to all levels. 
The teaching material is multimedial including satelite television, CD, DVD and the lessons are stimulating and carefully focussed on the needs and objectives of the student.
Further to the hours of teaching, practice and consolidation of the language is reinforced during social contact in free time and around the meal table.

Prices and Conditions

The charges for the Full Flat  program are contained in the Full Flat  price list valid for the relevant year.  Payment should be made in advance.
Our cancellation policy allows a 70% refund for cancellations between 30 and 16 days prior to the start of the course, a 50% refund for cancellations notified between 15 and 8 days prior to the start of the course and no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the start of the course.  Refunds are always paid net of bank charges.
