Stefania loves the sea, freedom, profound thought and opening her mind to new spiritual, geographical and human worlds.
After graduating at the interpreter’s school in Florence and in languages at the Iulm in Milan, she founded The Language Center in 1988.
Since 2002 she has been the coordinator of the International Self Esteem Project and has created a new teaching method (Beyond Language) based on overcoming emotional blocks that impede self expression in a foreign language and on developing human potential. 
She is an NLP practitioner and has attended various courses in personal growth and in managerial training based on neuroscience.She loves personal growth, economic expansion and cooperative learning. She also translates books on personal growth and managerial training from English to Italian.
She has opened a branch of The Language Center at Long Beach, California.
She often travels to the United States and to various parts of the world, both for work and in order to get to know new worlds and new ways of thinking.
 

 
Francesca Granieri

Francesca earned her degree in Languages and has a diploma from the Interpreters and Translators School in Rome.  She has been Director of Business Development at The Language Center for the past five years and has seen the school grow and develop considerably thanks to the flexibility and competence of the team working alongside her. Numerous internal training courses held by the company on marketing, NLP and Public Speaking have allowed her to carry out her work with competence and enthusiasm.
She is pleasant, cheerful and extroverted.  When she is not wearing her “manager’s hat” or travelling around the world, participating in fairs or meeting agents, she is a doting mom.  She loves the sea, sailing and scuba diving along the Sardinian coast.  Her other big passions are modern and contemporary literature—she spends all her savings on books she can only read from 11 pm onwards—and cuisine from all over the world and from all eras of time!
Her loves:  Husband Fabio, son Gabriele and her nephew Tommaso!

Valentina Tomba

Valentina studied humanities at the “Jacopone di Todi” secondary school receiving her diploma in 2000 and graduated in Foreign Literature and Languages at Perugia University in 2005.
She did work experience/an internship/attended a training course at The Language Center in 2003 and has been with us ever since!
At first she was involved in organizing Italian language courses and dealing with international student relations.
Her passion for growth and expansion lead her to dedicate herself to a greater extent to marketing and to commercial networks in Italy and abroad, and eventually to become chief of marketing and to make frequent trips between Milan and Tokyo.
She really loves her job and the new challenges it brings, among which is her role as head of quality control Iso 9001:2008.
She is a devourer of books and a cat lover but her main passion is meeting new people, getting to know new cultures, new worlds and of course her boyfriend Riccardo!




Manuela Locatelli

With her degree in Accounting, Manuela, along with her husband and son, moved from Brescia several years ago to live in Todi.
Here she found a more manageable city, where the lifestyle is in peace with the harmony she was looking for, allowing her to embark on a path to search for her inner self, something she feels is important for her own personal and spiritual growth.
She is passionate about yoga, reads in her spare time and loves to go for walks in the countryside surrounding Todi and throughout Umbria.

Sabra De Luca

Sabra was born in London and after graduating in English Literature she worked briefly in the field of property consultancy. She came to Italydrawn by the culture and her heritage when she realized her real vocation was for teaching and she pursued a career in education and joined the Language Center ended up staying for good.  Not long after she became Foreign Language Coordinator and Head of the English Department. Sabra is passionate about her job and works closely with a team of professional teachers with a specific focus on developing new methodologies and techniques to make language learning a natural and easier process. She often returns to the classroom to test materials and keep in touch with student's real needs.
However, she cannot  deny that her real passion is for Fabio, her Italian husband, who she met through the school.

My name is Sole and I am very nice and playful!I may seem aggressive but don't worry if I bark when we meet... I'm just showing my affection!
I became world-famous when I posed in Santa Claus' red hat for our on-line Christmas card.
My favorite things? Snatching teachers' purses, girl dogs - and, of course, Stefania!
