UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Certification

On October 12th, 2006, The Language Center S.r.l. obtained UNI ISO 9001:2008 certification.
This important achievement demonstrates our continuous commitment to quality as a training agency and bears
witness to our attention and dedication to customer satisfaction. The result of the certification proves
that the processes implemented by The Language Center S.r.l., throughout its ongoing activities, respect
precise quality standards and it also acts as a guarantee to its customers that they are being served by 
a company that places process organization and customer satisfaction among its top priorities. 
On April 12th, 2009, The Language Center S.r.l. obtained the three-year renewal of the UNI ISO 9001:2008
certification as additional confirmation of the system’s conformity to normatives and most of all,
to customer expectations.
